The 3800-01 acoustic wall lining mount is manufactured using advanced polymer technology. Designed to provide comfort in high noise environments such as bars, restaurants, theatres and laundries.  This is crucial where daily operations and ambient noise can cause discomfort to both employees and customers.

The innovative design of the acoustic wall mount mitigates noise pollution caused by vibro-mechanical energy that would otherwise be transmitted to adjacent partition walls. This ensures a quieter and more welcoming environment for both customers and employees. The 3800-01 profile features a patented movement control system that allows the metal bracket to operate in both directions. This enhances the axial compression of the polymer. In a proven construction system this has reduced airborne noise by more than 16db. We offer two different part numbers in the 3800-01 series:

Part number 3800/TD1+TA: L-bracket with 1.5mm thickness that provides a significantly more robust structure than 3801/TD1+TA. This profile is suited for use in air cavities exceeding 10cm. This allows the acoustic mount to withstand higher internal pressures, thus increasing durability and resistance to deformation underload. The 3800/TD1+TA profile is suited for industrial applications or demanding environments where safety and stability are paramount.

Part number 3801/TD1+TA: Features L-bracket with 0.8mm thickness that provides balance between durability and flexibility. This acoustic wall mount can easily be bent by hand to occupy less space. It is ideally suited for compact areas. Especially suited for air cavities less than 10cm and allows for precise installation even in small spaces. The 3801/TD1+TA profile is particularly suited for engineers that require a versatile and functional component for day-to-day use.
